February 8, 2023, 9:00 AM – Early Bird registration opens for SCBWI Members. Critiques are limited to 1 critique per person.
March 13, 2023, 11:59 PM – Deadline to apply for the Windows & Doors Scholarships.
March 27, 2023, 8:59 AM – Early Bird registration closes.
March 27, 2023, 9:00 AM – Regular registration opens. If critique slots are still available, participants can register for 1 additional critique (total of 2 per participant).
March 27, 2023 – Deadline to apply to be on the First Books Panel.
April 11, 2023, 11:59 PM – Critique registration closes OR when all critique slots are filled. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All submissions MUST be received by this deadline.
April 17, 2023, 11:59 PM – Deadline to book a hotel room at the conference rate (click here for more details).
April 19, 2023, 5:00 PM – Deadline to submit for the Book Release Slideshow and online bookstore (click here for more details).
May 1, 2023, 11:59 PM – Deadline to nominate an organization, institution, or program for the SCBWI Florida Literacy Award (click here for more details).
May 11, 2023, 11:59 PM – Deadline to register for the conference.
