| Generally, they reach out to me and I invite them to our next meeting. |

| As we meet virtually (group started at the very beginning of COVID), we no longer have a set meeting day. At the end of the current meeting, we compare calendars and set up the day/time for next one. However, more often then not, we’ll meet on a Saturday, anywhere between 5:00PM and 7:00PM, with meetings approximately 1 1/2 hours in duration. |
